Prices in Canadian dollars, taxes extra. The domain name is billed at cost. A change request covers up to 30 minutes of work. Beyond the included pages or requests, the price is announced and approved before any work.

What we are often asked.
Is the mockup really free?
Yes. You send us your business name and what you do, and we show you a first version within 48 hours. If it is not right for you, you owe nothing. You only pay the build fee once the mockup is approved.
What is an update request?
A change to your site: a text, a photo, a price, a promotion, a new section. Each request covers up to 30 minutes of work. Essential includes 3 per month, Pro 8 and Commerce 12. An extra request is $45.
Do I own my website?
Yes. If you stop the subscription, we hand you the complete files of your site and the domain name stays in your name. You can host it elsewhere. The subscription pays for hosting and our update work, not for ownership of the site.
Can I cancel the subscription?
Yes, at any time, with no penalty, on monthly plans. Annual prepayment commits you for twelve months in exchange for two free months: it is not refundable, but your site stays online until the end of the paid period. In every case, we send you your files.
How soon will my website be online?
Mockup within 48 hours. Then count a few business days between the approved mockup and launch, depending on how quickly you send us your text, logo and photos.
Do I need to provide my text and photos?
Ideally, yes. If you do not have them, we guide you through writing them and suggest visuals suited to your sector.
Is the domain name included?
The domain name is billed at cost and registered in your name. If you already have one, we connect it to your new site.
